वर्षभर राबून मुसळदार पावसामध्ये आणि गुडघाभर चिखला मध्ये काम करून पिकावलेल्या इंद्रायणी भाताला योग्य भाव मिळावा.गरीब गरजू शेतकरीना मदत या हेतूने आणि करोंना कालावधीत अनाथ झालेल्या मुलांना संभाळणार्‍या संस्थांना डोनेशन देण्यासाठी ,हे काम करत आहे.नफा कमावणे हा निव्वळ उद्देश नाही .सेंद्रिय व विष मुकत्तशेती प्रचार आणि प्रसार करणे नैसर्गिकरित्या पिकवलेल्या भात ग्राहकांना मिळून देणे .आमच्या ग्राहकांचा अनुभव हीच आमची जाहिरात ,इंद्रायणी भातामध्ये आरोग्याला पोषक अशी घटक आहेत ,चव ,गंध ,या मुळे हया भाताला जास्त पसंती दिली जाते .लहान मुलापासून ते व्रद्ध सर्वांना पचनास सुलभ असा भात आहे . बी पी शुगर असणारे पेशेंट व सर्वांना चालणारा असा भात आहे .सहयाद्री पर्वत रागामध्ये रानामध्ये व जास्त पावसाममध्ये लोणावळा खंडाळा य पावसाच्या प्रदेशामध्ये डोंगर ‘खलाटी आणि गवळीच्या’’ लाल ,ताबडी मातीत हा भात पिकवला जातो .शेणखत जास्त प्रमाणात वापरला जातो नत्र ,जस्त ,लोह ,तांबे ,कल्शियम व मंगल याचे प्रमाण जास्त असल्याने ही जमीन इंद्रायणी भात पिकासाठी सुपीक व कसदार असते .मावळ तालुक्यात सरासरी तापमान 20 ते 20.4 अंश सेल्सिअस इतके असते .जून ते नोहे याकालावधीत 21 ते 28 अंश सेल्सिअस दरम्यान असते .इंद्रायणी भाताला हवामान दमट व उष्ण तर पीक तयार होत असताना थंड व कोरडे असते .हे पीक पुर्णपणे मोसमी पावसावर नैसर्गिक वाढणारे पीक आहे .हवेतील आद्रता 97% असेल तर सुवास सरासरी पेक्ष्या जास्त तयार होतो .तुपट,चिकट ,गोड आणि सुवासिक वास असल्याने मासाहर आणि शाकाहारी दोन्ही आहारी लोकांना हा भात पसंत आहे ,जुना इंद्रायणी भात शिजवला की जास्त फुलतो .इंद्रायणी भाता पासून इडली ,पोहे ,अप्पे ,डोसा हे खूप चांगले बनवले जाते त्यामुळे साऊथ इंडिया मधून मागणी वाढत आहे .खिचडी भात हे परिपूर्ण जेवण म्हणून परप्रांतीय कामगार या भाताला पसंती देतात .
